CREDITS WILL NOT TRANSFER
if you think that spending $30, 000+ on a degree from this place will get you a job... now some do get jobs... mostly the one that learn a trade, but you have to massage a lot of people to pay that loan back...
Go to a community college, credits will transfer and your degree will not get thrown in the can...

Fraud
I have been a student since May 2010 at Vc Birmingham, I have had a problem getting the funds. They keep telling me 6 weeks which end up being 6 months or more. I was told in December that I was approved for a student loan, then on Jan 24, 2012 I was told that I was denied. They did not even call they sent me a email at the end of their business day. I cranked out a email to the person that I have been going through, wanting to speak to the person that is actually in charge of the financial aid department. I have been on the deans list twice and the presidents list once and yet they feel we do not qualify for living expenses. I applied for this loan 4 months ago on line, and yet nothing. I am taking it to my family attorney on Jan 25, 2012, I love litigation and can't wait for my attorney to go after them.
