Unreasonable Collection Practices, Harassment.
Hi ! I agree as well. They are totally harassing me. I got 2 payments behind because they decided to change their terms of agreement, and it was the Christmas holidays. I called them to make arrangements and I respect that arrangement and pay even more.. but they keep on harassing me.. they call at least once a week.. The changes they made without notice.. minimum payment when from 2% of the balance to 5% of the balance.. and because I cannot pay 5% as minimum payment, my preferential rate off 11% was waived and I now pay 19% interest !.. I have been with Visa Desjardins for over 20 years and have always paid in time, in full and more than the minimum. I find this treatment just and unfair and am tempted to stop paying and have them bring me to court and make a formal complaint. This is really not right.

Visa Credit Card Unfair Practices
I have been in dispute with Visa from December 2016 to date. Fraud was committed against me 5 times, 2 frauds occurred when my cards were in a drawer, not used. Visa failed to close accounts in which the frauds occurred and kept this from me. I spent countless hours over months to understand Visa accounting system in doing so lost confidence in their ability to get it right.
Requested all statements from 2016 to date and then discovered that Visa failed to send 7 monthly statements on an account that was to be closed and was not.and then choose which accounts my payment was applied to without my knowing, reimbursed fraud charges and charged back to me on a future statement, did not return calls. multiple errors in accounting. Credit 3000.00 fraud - charged back - fraud on the statement and not reimbursed as a credit. Visa says I owe them money and continue to send a statement monthly with interest charges. I have told them to take me to court, but they just send me the mail. What can I do to bring this to light and resolve this issue? Who do I contact? who does Visa answer to?
