fraudulence
I purchased an Item from them and I never received it. I was charged immediately, and when I contacted them they just said that they would ship my item shortly, it happened because they were too busy. They also asked me not to give them negative review but I still received nothing from them. I think I am not the one and this is just kind of business which is based on a lie.

Order info. unavailable to C Service after 2 weeks!
I placed a phone order in mid-July and called a day or two following because I wanted to review my order. If I could get through`at all to Cust.Service (a couple of weeks of regular calling) I was told every time that the order hadn't reached their system yet. But $129.95 was charged to my credit card pronto 2 weeks ago!

Never receive the product i order onine.
I've ordered the Instant lift on the 12th November 2012. I've send them numerous e-mail regarding the shipment of my product but until to day neither I receive the product nor reply to my e-mails. I think I've been cheated. My credit card was charged immediately.

Instant lift not received
Never receive the product i order online.
I've ordered the Instant lift on the 11th November 2012. I've send them numerous e-mail regarding the shipment of my product but until to day neither I receive the product nor reply to my e-mails. I think I've been cheated. My credit card was charged immediately.
I believe this is a fraudulent scam

instant lift not arrived
I have just been looking for a way to contact this company regards my order from them thats how i came across this site .I too have not received my order and can not find a way to contact them as the link that i tried does not work .My card was also charched straight away.

never recieved product
I placed order a month ago , nver recieved it..called and the guys said he would send it again..nothing and now I'm reading its quite common

No delivery of the product ordered through internet
I have made 2 orders last December 15,2012. I've been billed and I had paid for the dues. After 10 days, I made inquiry about my orders, and they told me that it Christmas season. They are having lots of orders and that since I'm outside the US, my orders would take a bit longer. I made to more inquiry after a week and this time they told me to see our country postmaster. Again I made a complain email to them but this time the mail can't be sent to them anymore. I think they don't have the right to do business if they don't have the correct delivery service to vouch for.
It seems they are some kind of dummy company having good advertisement to cheat money out of people. There should be penalty be imposed to these kind of people and company.

I tried to call and cancel my monthly order and have not been able to talk to anybody. I just keep getting other offers etc.I need a telephone number that gets me to a real person

Pump not working on every bottle
Hello,
i have been using the Instant Lift Multi Effects cream for some time now and do love it. I have also been paying for my sister to receive the same product once a month.
We have both experienced the pump mechanism not working on the last 4 -5 bottles. this is a bit annoying and a waste of product.
We also now have at least 4 bottles in stock as once a day usage is all I have time for.
I would like to cancel my orders for a while until I use up my extra supply.(Hopefully they wont all have faulty pumps)
Also at this time I find myself struggling financially and cannot afford any more right now.
I hope that this problem is fixed as I do not want to stop using this great product indefinitely.
Thank you so much for the eye cream. Love that too.
