Charged before trial was up

I take a screen shot of everything I order! So when I ordered a trial of Visage face lift I did the same. I took a screen shot of the terms & conditions with the phone number on it. It clearly stated that it was a 30 day trail! That I would not be charged anything other than shipping & handling for 30 days! Yet 21 days in my credit card was charged so I called. The first idiot I talked to pissed me off because he just kept saying it was a 21 day trial, I told him I could sue them for breach of contract and he just laughed and started yelling at me. So I hung up and called back this time I could at least understand the person I was talking to, but they still insisted it was a 21 day trail. They gave me a RMA # to send it back, and said once I did they would credit my card back for the amount they charged! I am still going to look and try to find a lawyer, because they are in breach of contract and I have all the proof I need to fill it. I don't really give a damn if it was only a $49.95 charge they still broke the law, and pissed me off!
