Lame Game

It happened to me twice already, same situation. i was in the line up early for the 1st day of their big sale. i was the 3rd person in the line, when they opened the store the tv that was on sale on their flyer was sold out already. same o' $#!+. that was the last time that i have to deal with them. my question is, can this store get away always with this kind of crap?????
