Horrible Business Ethics
I placed an order on 1/20/2012 and had not received it 10 days later. I called to find out where my order was and they stumbled with words, telling me it would be shipped out today and I would receive it 2 days later. On the third day, I called to find out where my order was and this is how it played out.
Me "I made a purchase on the 20th and have not received it yet."
Them " what's your order number?"
Me " 748299"
Them "it was shipped out yesterday, you will get it Friday"
Me "I called Monday and they said I would get it yesterday."
Them "hey, don't play the blame game here. You'll get it on Friday. Thanks, bye"

liars, no order, no refund
I used their services for years and I was very happy but when I last time made an order I was really unsatisfied! They charged my account but they didn't send me anything. I called them, for the first time they promised me that I will receive my purchase but I didn't receive it in two months time. Then when I asked for a refund they refused me in it.
I don't want to deal with them anymore.

didn't receive anything
They sent me only a part of my order and it also took 4 weeks. They didn't reply to my e-mails and I didn't get my money back! They are a scam and must be avoided!

Did not return money as was promised
I made a purchase off of this website, however, they did not send me any messages, that they received my inquiry. I checked the credit card, and it was for sure that the payment has gone through. I contacted the store and they said that they will not be able to send me the product and promised to refund me the $50. I’ve waited three weeks, and I still did not receive the money. they do not pick up the phone anymore either.
