Paid, but received no certificate
On 1/19/2012 @13:11 I faxed the necessary paperwork to number 18662835861 to get a copy of my birth certificate so that I can get my retirement from a previous employer, they advised me that they needed a copy of my birth certificate. I can't find it in my home so I sent for a copy. I paid $30.00 on my credit card and I still have not received my birth certificate. My order #27825267 and my pin #457818 I need my birth certificate here before March 10th. Thank you for your help.

I wish I had read this before I engaged them. My complaint to the Nashville BBB is almost a carbon copy..

didn't receive the birth certificate from them
I ordered a birth certificate from this company and after a couple of weeks waiting for it I called the city directly. They informed that most of these companies are a fraud. They were quite helpful and I've received the birth certificate very quickly from them. But I haven't received anything from VitalCheck, stay away from them!

did not receive the certificate
I never received the birth certificate that I ordered from them. I contacted the customer support and they said that they have sent everything to me. It’s been more than two weeks, and still nothing!
