sold me defective item and never provided a refund

I purchased car details from this company. They offered high quality product but items which I received were defective and I was unable to install them. I've send them back and requested for an exchange or a refund, I was ignored and never heard from this company anymore. Tried to contact them many times but it seems that all their contacts are also fake. Do not buy from them!
