took my money and never fixed my laptop
This company is a scam! Send them my laptop for a repair and paid for their services but when I received my laptop back I found that they didn't fix the problem! Tried to contact them and get my money back but they blocked my mail and my number and don't want to speak with me! This is a real scam, beware!

Haven for scam artists
VOIP has so little security that it is ripe for professional scam artists. Box one seems worse than most because they seem to care little about the integrity of their customers as long as they get paid. The phone fraud people can disguise where they are calling from by creating phony caller ID numbers. Everything I get one of these calls the first hing I do is verify who the carrier is and if it is Voxbone or another offshore Telcom I expect it to be fraud.

They Calling my phone 24/7
i've got a number from "Voxbone SA" from england and sweden and they doesn't stop calling me, even if im blocking their number, they'll just call me with another......
