unable to contact them
I have tried to make contact with the company and have failed each time. I tried costumer service prompt 4 times and was disconnected when there was 15 seconds left. I tried the billing prompt 4 times and would be put on hold for no less then 7 minutes. They would continue to say "your call is important please wait for next available operator. I even tried the locked keys in car prompt, roadside assistance and help with shopping only to be put on hold 5 minutes or more. There was a prompt that advised you could leave a message. All I got was the beep then disconnected. I have been trying since 11:30am to day to 2:30 when my phone died. I really need to contact them whoever reads this I would appreciate a way of contacting them. The number I have for them is 1-877-332-1490. I really need to contact them as soon as possible. If there is another number or way to contact them I need to know. I don't feel its good business not being able to contact a company, especially a company that is taking money from me. Being unable to make contact with anyone today(06-26-13) has been very uninviting to the company. That makes me feel like the company practices fraud. There is no way with the number of times I've tried to make contact that I wouldn't be able to talk to someone even if they couldn't help me. With what happen today it makes me want to call the BBB. I truly feel something is not right with this company. After this I hope to be able to make contact with someone the next time I call.
