Bad Haircut

I went to Smart Style and had a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like. The guy said oh ok and he had me turned away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what he was doing. I noticed he kept cutting and cutting and cutting when he was done and turned me around I was horrified I had no hair left I wanted a cute Bob and I got a shaved head in the back with hair just hanging around my ears. I am so embarrassed about my hair cut.I used to be a hairdresser 30 years ago and when someone brought me a picture how they wanted their hair cut I would cut it the way they wanted not the way I wanted. I am a 56 year old woman and I got a 20years old haircut! I told him this cut is nothing like the picture I showed you I even left the pic in his station so he could see it and he just kept telling me well these things happen some time No! He completely ignored the way I wanted my hair cut and did what he wanted it is not even even on both sides just cut up! I will never go back to Smart Sytle again. I am so embarrassed to go anywhere especially now at Christmas Time!
