HORRIBLE service and customer service
HORRIBLE service from Walmart Family Mobile Plan.
My service stopped working for most of the month. I was unaware, because I could make calls, but not receive them. Neither could I receive text messages. I called Walmart to rectify the problem and asked for a credit for part of the month. They refused. The customer service manager said that he didn't see "on his computer screen" that I had a problem, so no credit would be issued, nor would he extend my service days. I called several times to get this matter resolved, only to be put on hold indefinitely, and lied to about rendering a solution. This is the worst service, ever. I'm not sure which is worst Walmart, or Straight Talk, both own by TracFone.

They expired my phone number
After having my phone number for decades and having everything I own attached to it, Family mobile decided to expire my phone number without telling me about this. In doing so, they switched someone else's phone number to my phone. After hours on the phone w/ their "customer service" they've explained that I haven't had my phone number since 10/2017 when I purchased the new phone. They have erased my phone messages plus taken my phone messages off my boyfriends phone. Now I've tried to take the phone to Verizon to start a new service, but Family Mobile has to unlock my phone, that I paid for outright. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL LIE OUT RIGHT AND NOT ASSIST YOU!
