Stay away from these crooks
I am amazed how these guys stay in business. Take a look at who the players are. These are the guys who have our expensive jewelry. This should help identify when you visit.

Stay away from these crooks
Good luck paying them a visit. See my post regarding their address. The address listed on their website is an empty building with for lease signs on the windows.

Stay away from these crooks
The "unknown" bearded guy shown above (between Eric Toso and Ray Latona) is R.J. Berge who is listed as President. I was just at their store a couple weeks ago - so the info posted earlier about them using the address of a vacant bldg is news to me. I've always used the entrance on corner of East Paces and Bolling (side that faces Capital Grille). Good luck getting your money and/or property back. I agree they are shady at best, criminals at worst.

Yeah, I saw on a FOX Atlanta news report that they do indeed occupy that building. In fact, I posted a link to the FOX News report on this shady operation. The fat guy, Berge, says he is back in charge and that they fully intend to repay everyone owed. But I wouldn't hold my breath.

Stay away from these crooks
I meant to put these guys' pictures in order. Thanks for the "unknown". This site mixed the pictures up. Ok again in order; Kevin Mcquilkin, aka "gangster", Jonathan Swift, aka "the Junkie", JC Piquant, aka "the accountant", R.J. Berge, aka "Georgia backwoods cracker", Ray Latona, aka "two bit pawnbroker", Trisha Cox aka "(insert here)", and everyone's favorite, Eric Toso, aka "ultra liberal weird guy that likes to swindle people out of their watches".
Seems the owner Rick Latona also is in the domain business. These reports are no doubt damaging to him. But it serves him right. He knew this was going on the whole time, he deserves to lose it all. Greed got the best of him. But he's really not too bright so I suppose theft is the only way for dummies to get paid. Take a look at his interview, notice anything slow about him? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FOIGHfdE1w
PS Does anyone have a picture of Al Bolton? How about other pictures of these people?

Stay away from these crooks
Here is the Fox news report on the company. There's our backwoods hick friend R.J. Berge. Remember him from the photo?
He and the other owner Rick Latona knew what was happening the whole time at the company. He is trying to say he found out about it and came back to help. Total lie. These guys will go broke, they are just buying time. http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/dpp/news/iteam/I-Team-Watch-Brokers-20111219-pm-pk

Especially if THIS is the Eric Toso you are referring to. Here is the guy you gave your watch too. Strikes me as the type of guy who could never possibly afford one on his own.

So can Ray Latona still be sued? He's the pawnbroker who started the company. There is a new guy in charge who claims to be the original partner. R.J. Berge. Doesn't really look like a guy I would want to give my Rolex to.

no settlement from sold Rolex
I wanted to sell my rolex through this website. First of all it didn't show all the information properly. Later when my watches was sold they told me that I would receive my settlement in 60 days. Then after some time their salesman called me back and said that thay will pay me my settlement in 6 month!
This is ridiculous my watches was sold in October 2011 and I need to wait till April to get my money and there is no other opportunity!
don't waste your time with this company!

Theft
Wow, I went to watchbrokers.com. They only have 1 watch for sale now. Hahaha. Rick Latona and the rest of them, including R.J. Berge are still trying to keep the scam alive. Don't you guys know when you're finished? Do you like the pain or something? Well we will keep dishing it out, there is plenty more where this came from. You are doomed to lose. This is God's will. Looser crooks do not get to keep their money. Duh.

They are a scam and a fraud and should be shut down
Another victim, so sorry to hear you were scammed by these guys. Here are their photos for your convenience. I have yet to locate the newest scam artist, Matt Mason. But your bumbling, inarticulate Eric Toso (last picture) is still scamming. At any rate, these are the fine citizens that have your watch.
Names: Al (Mr. Cool) Bolton, Jonathan (Deliverance) Swift, J.C. Piquant (the accountant), R.J. Berge (the drunk), Tisha Cox (we are unaware of her scamming anyone directly), Rick Latona (company's owner who lets this go on and on), Eric Toso (liberal weirdo).

"Intentional prick" lol. Which CEO you mean, Rick Latona or R. J. Bergh?
By the way, have you ever seen a BBB rating so low? Check it out, 178 complaints closed in the last 12 months, that's worse than ENRON!

From what I have seen before, guys like this usually wind up in prison. If they can't pay, the state will make a case. R.J. Bergh seems to have taken ownership of the firm from Rick Latona. Smart move Rick but you can still be named in the suit, after all you knew what was happening all along.

They are a scam and a fraud and should be shut down
These guys never give up. Looks like they found a new patsy. His name is Matt Mason.
Here is a new report I found. See MATT MASON'S PHOTO BELOW.
Watchbrokers.com Sent in my TAG(s) watches and never heard from them again. Internet, Georgia
I worked with watchbroker agent Matt Mason. I received my mailing label for my 2 Tag Heuer watches. Watchbrokers received, inspected and posted both my watches. Then also received bids on them and I accepted the offers. I then never heard from them. After several emails/voicemails and answering service indicated that Matt was still with company and never heard from him. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they could not get in touch with them.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. MATT MASON IS A THEIF. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID

Never received the product.
I have ordered a watch from Watchbrokers. I never received it, and I lost my money. I filed a report, and hope that more people will do the same, because it is obvious that I am not the only one who has been scammed by them. BEWARE!

Watchbrokers.com is a scam
I needed to sell some watches of the relative who died and found this company online. The information they gave was quite impressive, I sent the watches via fed ex and that was 6 months ago. I never received anything from them and they never contacted me. I feel scammed. Beware!
