Non-delivery of merchandise

The Watch Cartel is the best!!! and I mean the best. I orderd a watch in July and they sent it to me with no prob. I ordered another in October and it had a problem. Second hand was getting jumpy around 05 sec. to 20sec. so they said they would have another made. Well the one they made was wrong, so I they told me they would have another made. I decided I wanted something else on the site. It was more than the other one i had gotten that was defected, but they gave it to me as an inconvienence. They shipped it express. They are very professional. The owner is the from the US, and I have spoke to him many time on his personal line and his office in Guanzhou, China. They would have made the other again and have gotten it right, but I liked the other just as well. Plus it was getting close ot a rather large Chinese holiday, so I decided that would be best. So FOR ALL OF YOU COMPLAINER's talk to Maria or DR, and they will fix you right up. Maria is Chinese, and runs the office most of the time and all the time while DR is in the US. If they don't trust you enough, they probably won't give you DR's personal number in the US, but Maria is just as helpful and fix your problems very fast. Also remember when you call that you take in considaration of the time zone difference. (based on EST) they are 13hours ahead of us. So wait till 9 to 10PM to call for all of you easterner's. They are very professional. I will never or from another Rep. Site again!
