overcharges, they stole my watches
Jeff Herman from watchrepair.net stole my $7500 watches and also overcharghed me $250 more! I found this website when I needed to repair my Panerait watches, it was three months ago. I haven't get back my watches just excuses from him and promises.
He is a criminal, stay away from him and from watchrepair.net!! You will lost everything with them!

nervous trusting my Rolex
I will admit to being nervous trusting my Rolex to a watch repair company on the internet. I spoke with both Jeff and Marci several times during the time my watch was being reconditioned and by the time I received it back, I felt like I had known them forever. My watch looks better than new and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended WatchRepair.net to both
family and friends.

Rip off. Theft
Jeff Herman took $600.00 from me for work they never did on my watch. Also, a gold marker was missing which he promised he would mail me within a few weeks. That was a year ago and I never got it. When I recently filed a complaint with PBC Small claims court, Marci sent me an email saying Jeff had suffered a heart attack, that their watch repair subcontractor was holding 60 watches in hostage, that they had been explused by their landlord and phone lines cut off and what's more, the police were investigating them. She asked if she could help. I said a reimbursement check would be nice. Since then, silence.
STAY AWAY FROM JEFF HERMAN WATCHREPAIR.NET OR ANY OTHER PHONY BALONEY NAME BEHIND WHICH JEFF HERMAN MAY BE HIDING.

Bad work, no refund from Watchrepair.net
Jeff Herman at Watchrepair.net promised he could fix my TAG (which was keeping bad time) in early 2014.
I should have done more research first but I trusted the testimonials on his site.
Initial quote was around $350. Having sent the watch he said it needed a main spring. Additional $150 or so.
When I got the watch back the issue was exactly the same - watch running fast.
I emailed twice to complain - no response.
I rang and said I wasn't happy - "yeah, but doesn't it look great!?" was his angry response.
I told him I wanted my money back. He said no.
I told him I wanted my money back or I would share my experience on consumer websites. He offered to fix my watch under guarantee.
Still no refund, hence the report.

WatchRepair.net
Unfortunately a similar tale. Sent my Rolex Submariner to Watchrepair.net in March 2018 Having sent the watch he said it needed a new main spring even though it was keeping perfect time before I sent it. This was an additional $150 or so. Watch was eventually returned and looked well refurbished but was running fast - upto 20 minutes per day. I asked for refund but he offered to fix my watch under guarantee. Still no refund, hence the report.

RIP Off
I want my money back.
Watch Repair.net destroyed my Breitling watch. They stripped off the black off the bezil. They tried to fix it but stated that the paint would not stay and they would not be responsible when it did . I paid for a polish finish and they barely wipe they watch. Paid $600 for basically getting a new battery. I made the mistake don't you do the same.
