Product undelivered and Customer care guy asking Debit card details including CVV number

I have ordered "Waterproof make up bag" from "Club factory" . Online payment was done for the product. The delivery guy called me and told me it is delivered to their warehouse in different location so it takes some time for delivery. When I checked its status in App it was" Customer cancelled the order" But I didn't cancelled the order it was done by delivery person. When I called "Delhivery", customer care told they couldn't deliver the product so they are returning it to Club factory.And he had given me mail Id "[email protected]" and contact numbers : 9878949004, 9876006539 to contact club factory. Mail id and Contact numbers are invalid.

I couldn't request for "Refund " or "Reorder" from club factory App. I couldn't find customer care number also.

I got Customer care number - 9178086032 in " https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.club-factory.com website. When I called the number it was busy and he called me back he started the conversation like " Give me Order number I will initiate refund" I gave him order No. as SO48977553 and he started asking "give me your card number for Refund" I told him I made the payment through net banking so why does he need my card number? He told that is the refund process they are following in Club factory. After giving card number he asked me card validity. I kept on telling him he is not supposed to ask all these details . But he was " give me your card validy " I will initiate Refund. Then he asked CVV number, I told him this is not right even the bank will not ask CVV number.

This is fraud website , they neither deliver the product not refund the amount. Instead they keep asking personal details like" Card details including CVV number"


I want to raise a serious complaint on this issue.
