Don't hire them! Ever!

I have purchased fibreglass for Customer Fiberglass pools to have it installed. The Waterworld Custom Fiberglass Pool was approved. The first year it was installed it already had cracks in it. Custom and Waterworld came every year to fix the cracks. However, Waterwold will not honor their warranty. We’ve been told that the fibreglass was installed incorrectly. Now no one will fix the glass, as it was not the manufacturers company it had cracks.
