Misleading and high shipping cost
We purchased as advertised a waxvac for $10:00 and get one free plus shipping and handling on there website (Waxvac.com) and we were billed order as follows;
30% off waxvac Deluxe package Unit price: $22.98 Unit shipping: $19.96 total $42.94
Waxvac Deluxe Package Unit price: $25.98 Unit shipping: $19.96 Total $45.94
Grand total of $88.88 was charged to our account. There was not view or confirmation of total and what was being purchased on the website but a email was sent as a bill. When we emailed them asking why they charged what they did they just apologized for the "misunderstanding with the ordering process" and they offered a discount of $19.96 for one shipping cost or the option to return with a RMA number. and said that they will issue a refund for the product minus "Processing and handling" with no amount of what that might be. I can understand where my wife got confused on their website (misleading and confusing) and clicked two thinking that the 2nd one was free but all four waxvacs came in size #6 mailer that weighs less than 2 lbs and charged us $39.92 for shipping and handling.....I guess the word "handling is where they get us. My dilemma is, if I send all four back will they deduct another $39.92 for process and HANDLING????? This seems to be a lose lose situation for the buyer and is a very unethical business practice on their part to such a degree that I put in in the category of a scam! When I searched "Waxvac reviews/scam I found a lot of unhappy and angry customers of Waxvac by the numbers with different variations of prices and charges discrepancies. We are to lose no matter what we decide to do. I just hope by writing you that other people will see this prior to them having to go through this or hopefully my complaint will lead to closing this company down.

misleading and high costs
This is very misleading. Does not give you an opportunity to either "edit" before getting the actual amount charged to your account. I was trying to get 2 sets so that I could get 2 extra free, and instead of paying $20.00 plus the 6.99 each P/H it all came out to $134.82. My math just doesn't jive with theirs. This is very disappointing and I advise you don't fall for this scheme like I did. How does buy 1 for 10.00 and get 1 free plus the shipping and handling total $42.94? What exactly does the deluxe package have that appears to be golden since it costs so much? I would love to have my order cancelled before it is even processed - who knows if this will happen since they are in a different time zone than I am.
