Increased their price rates
We were about to pay for their services, when they announced other price rates. They said that their company increased prices that’s why we need to pay more than what we were stated before. I think it is wrong, because we agreed to hire them for the price they stated before. If we knew that it would cost more, we would look else where.

Worst Company Ever
Completely unprofessional company! Worst carpet cleaning I've ever seen by a company that has been around this long. Cleaner was 2 1/2 hours late and did a horrible job. I called "manager" and he would not let me talk and belittled me. Said driver would come back out to clean again and he never called or came back! Complete scam artists!

TERRIBLE
Stay away from mom & pop. They are VERY difficult to work with.
