My name is Martin Cole and I act on behalf of WebCreationUK.com, and WebCreationUS.com. These postings have been placed before me for my attention.
On behalf of both companies, may I assure you that the issues raised are indeed, rare. With a very large portfolio of clients, it is perhaps inevitable that some will feel dissatisfied. However, we are keen to address any areas within our service that fall short of expectation. Hence the reason for my intervention.

AVOID WEB CREATION UK AT ANY COST! MANY PROMISES, NOTHING IN REALITY!!
It seems that I am the latest victim of a very dishonest, unreliable, unprofessional company WebCreationUK.
I will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the possibilities of taking serious action against WebCreationUK.
I have very good and effective ideas and plans that would help very much in our positions.
I pledge here I will strive and do all the possible things to take my right from them and get compensated of all the loss we have had during designing our website.

Go to watchdog, place reviews, take legal actions, etc
We need to let others know this big scam.
It is amazing this company is still operating... amazing....

We were a small company searching for a reasonably priced website. The old adage comes to mind - if it sounds to good to be true then it is!
Webcreationuk outsourced all my work to India, I had three different designers whose English skills left a lot to be desired. After 5 months and no completion date in sight I reported them to Consumer Direct and Trading Standards In Wiltshire who were already very familiar with this company. I was informed that they operated from a shabby backstreet office and that the majority of staff appeared to be outsourced.
The staff appear to be preoccupied by the amount of bad feedback they are receiving on Trust pilot, Complaints Board, Reviews talk, review centre etc. perhaps if they concentrated on actually providing the numerous complainants with proper websites we all might all be relieved. I have lost approx. £1,300 + VAT although I can assure you that is a drop in the ocean compared to others I have spoken too.
My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM. They have taken money from me and three months later I still do not have a homepage. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt. They do not answer emails, you have to chase them CONSTANTLY, they outsource everything and there is always a delay in getting things returned. The level of work is extremely shoddy with lots of errors. UNPROFESSIONAL, do not use them. Thank you for the tip - I will be reporting them to Consumer Direct and Trading Standards.

Unbelievably Appalling
I've never had such an appalling service in my life in any service at all! The only time there was any form of professionalism with webcreationuk was when they collected my money. After that I was passed on to a team of inexperience Indian developers who had no idea about website design - they even left another company's name on my website, and when i complained about it, they didn't seem to find any issues with it. The template looked good at first, which was the deception to get me to pay the sec on deposit, after that, it's gone down hill. The sales rep told me my site will be ready in 1 week. I knew this was a stupid lie, but I thought it would be done in 4-6 weeks at the most, as I elected they had templates that will be customised to my requirements. but no! Something as simple as the login functionality doesn't work! It's an absolute con, and I'm going to go further to make sure all their online reviews are real! They first few searches comes up with good reviews!

Web Creation UK markets itself as the leading web developing company in the UK.
Another GRAB ALL web development company thats all fur coat and no Knickers!!
After paying £1500 I got a FREE version Of Magento with my company logo on the top.
When I asked Hemmant and Ryan how to complete the site with copy they asked for another £500.
I also asked how to use the magento and was emailed a copy of their free handbook.
They are full of shit>>> STAY CLEAR OF THESE CON ARTISTS.

Web Creation UK - Atrocious
This company is horrendous, having been promised my website would be designed and finished within 3 weeks (before Xmas) we are now more than a month later and still not having finished the first page. The lack of understanding from the 'Indian' designer is atrocious and I have spent so many hours trying to get this resolved having logged complaint after complaint on the 'help desk' to being promised the issue would be resolved to nothing being done.
I am working for a huge client here so it has become totally embarrassing for me as well as I so stupidly picked this company.
I can't advise anyone enough to stay clear of them, if you want to find your own web designer in India that doesn't understand web design and speaks pigeon English then you would be best off paying no more than £10 direct as this is probably all they are being paid to muffle through it themselves.

I just wrote a review about Web Creations Uk to state what a truly dreadful service they offer and what a fool I am not to have researched deeper into this shameful company.
I strongly advise you not to use this company.

The reasons not to use this company are many fold. I had no idea that WebCreationsUk would outsource my design to India...which would explain the odd emails sent...the lack of English and most importantly the fact that what qualifications does the so called designer have...if any. The first designs were so awful I couldn't believe my eyes. I purchased some stock images and then tried my best to lead the designer into designing a website for for purpose. What I got was embarrassing and impossible to use and I couldn't understand how they could have got it so wrong but given the many complaints against this company I now understand. I am very disappointed at my own stupidity but I am also very angry that they are allowed to get away with such an appalling service and it is because of that I am seeking legal redress. I have asked for a refund which was refused and I am compelled to seek legal address. My own children looked at their attempted website for me and found it a joke saying that school kids could do better. I have been taken for a ride and I don't like it. Awful
I have never had such a stressful time as when we were with Web Creations uk. When we took our business away from them to a competent company we found there was no security on the site.
I ended up so stressed during this process. Dealing with India is a joke as they finish early fridays and they don't seem to understand what we were communicating. I am taking it up with my bank insurance as they did not deliver what they stated. Many times we had no web site that does not look good to customers.
I totally agree with everyone's comment about the staff!
