poor service
Online quote was more than double the amount offered on thee day. Accepted the amount only to be advised payment by cheque in 7 business days. Waited 9 days to allow for postage but still no cheque. Numerous phone calls and emails went without response. Eventually got someone who said they would have accounts call me back by end of thee day but did not. Contacted the original salesman who said he would get onto accounts and let me know by end of day. Told that cheque had been posted the day before but waited and waited still no cheque. Called and emailed again and eventually received the cheque 17 days after the sale date. My advice is not use them or at least go to their office on 7th business day and demand payment!

Poor service still not been paid
Online quote was way more than the amount offered, after a bit of a show between the salesman and the so called boss going back and forth acting as though they were really doing us a favor (it was almost laughable they must think we are stupid) we agreed on a price. All be it very low it was an old car and we didn't want to pay to get it fixed up so we cut our losses and sold. We were told 7 working days for an EFT transfer into our account, it's now 12 working days later and we have received no money. I have made several phone calls, I did actually get a call back informing me it's all being processed, but still nothing, we are now taking it the Office of Fair Trading. I would not recommend using them at all, even if you're desperate for cash it would be quicker to sell privately.

No money
I "sold" my car to the Springwood, QLD branch and they promised to pay the amount after 10 working days into my account. I am still waiting after day 12 and no money arrived yet.

iv'e been waiting for my money for 33 days and not once have they rang me regarding the sale of this car.
