salary issues - fake company

Dear sir,

Greetings of the day!

I am gulshan sharma, live in delhi. I was working in an it company called webzesty pvt. ltd Based at C-15/2, Satguru Ram Singh Marg, Near Mayapuri Crossing, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110015 They haven't paid my salary of last 2 months that is rs. 38000 inr. They didn't pay to my other colleagues also.

I am following them through email, phone, whatsapp since last 1 months but they are not giving any update. Even now, they stopped to receive calls and don't think to reply for emails and messages. I am really suffering and need your help to clear my dues.

They didn't pay salary to any employee and giving silly excuses that they don't have any money. It clearly indicates that they were running any other business

Kindly have a look on the same and do needful.
