SCAM! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
My order was just delivered to my recipient and I was sent a picture of the arrangement. I am VERY unhappy. This arrangement looks very cheap and does not look like anything like the photo you advertised on your website! Your picture was very misleading and I am very UNSATISFIED! I know understand how your company operates. You lure innocent customers into writing a review for a $20 off coupon, before the order is even shipped out...then thats how you get your FAKE 5 star reviews...then once you send out the order and it is received by the recipient, we (the customers) see how crappy the arrangement actually is. I am embarrassed and appalled that such a low quality arrangement was sent to my friend on my behalf. Those flowers are not worth $70!!!! I feel absolutely scammed. Please advise now. I would like a refund!

Poor Service
Ordered Tropical Basket to be sent for a friend, who mother passed away and paid for same day delivery service. They did not get them that day so messaged Bloomex and they sent a basket nothing like the image they had on their website the next day. The plant's Marigolds and Petunias, only 1 tropical plant. They were damaged and some uprooted from the little soil provided. We requested a message on it but they put it on the invoice only. Which was dirty from the soil. They had promised us an upgrade due to not being able to deliver the plants on the same day but instead, it was very disappointing. We contacted them about the poor standard the plants. Stating we would like delivered the Tropical Basket or a refund. We were told, we can have credit but we informed them NO due to poor service and we want our money back. The operator claimed to have contacted the manager, who gave us their statement policy stating they will resend our order which now can take up to 7 seven days. So much for the 1-day service, we paid for. They are NOW OFFLINE. My friends funeral was yesterday and we are still waiting for the family to get what was described on their website to a level of satisfaction. How upsetting and embarrassing. Their online service is poor. Their arrangements not like the images on their website. Their 1-day service a lie. Their plants near dead. And the wait for them to fulfil their service still goes on after my friends funeral.

Unsatisfied Customer
This is the worst possible company to deal with. I placed an order for a fruit basket for my mother in law's 94th birthday on Dec 16/18 to be delivered on Dec 19/18 and the delivery was made but all the fruits were spoiled. Firstly the delivery guy did not ring the doorbell he left the order on the porch and the balloon floating in the air outside. The company had no empathy or concern that the fruits were spoiled and that a 94-year-old was disappointed. Customer care reps very rude when I tried to explain the situation. The rep hung up the phone twice when I tried to explain the situation. There went one hundred bucks down the drain. Never will I order anything from this company again. They're big time scammers.

Pissed off and ripped off!
The flowers were delivered on Valentine’s Day, morning, so that was nice. Until you open the box and see a bunch of dead flowers. The extra fee was paid for premium size and type, added a large stuffed animal, and chocolates. I RECIEVED ONLY DEAD FLOWERS! There were a bunch of flowerless stems, a lot of mold, and a lot of missing pedals. COMPLETE DISASTER!
Called and emailed Bloomex on the day of yet there was on response. The next day, spent all day trying to call to get a refund and no response. Really what kind of a shit fraud company is this?! I wish we had known before hand.
Flowers you pick from peoples random gardens during the winter vortex come out better then the flowers that were delivered by Bloomex.

Flowers in terrible condition
I ordered flowers on Tuesday asked to get them Thursday they didn't show up until Friday. I ordered the "blue and white joy" and the "winter classic bouquet" My order number is 2897551. All together it came to $175.00 and the blue and white joy looks nothing like the picture and half the flowers are brown. The winter classic bouquet also came with brown flowers. FLOWER FRAUD
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS ONLINE FROM BLOOMEX.COM.AU This company do not care, they do not respond and theyuse shit courier drivers FASTWAY COURIERS who dump your flowers at the corner of the house without even ringing your bell or knocking on your door. Bloomex is a waste of money the flowers were not fresh, they were not on time and their response was not fair. the flowers were wilted, they were a day late and they were left in the sun at the front of the house.
After contacting them they wanted to give a $30 dollar in store credit after I requested a full $70 refund. I demanded to speak to a Manager but they have never followed this up. So ### em. They are a waste of your money and mine and I suggest you attend a florist to get your flowers in person as Bloomex.com.au are pricks
