Terrible Service- Dying flowers delivered
My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and had them delivered as a surprise. For the flowers and the delivery charge it was over $60.00 dollars. The flowers that arrived were broken and small bouquet no feature flowers and we're dying. We were very disappointed especially on Valentine's Day. I called in to tell them what was delivered to us and the man on the phone said "You received a 50% discount because you don't get to choose the flowers". I responded with "That is fine but for how much we paid we should not receive broken and dying flowers". "He then said he cannot speak to me, he has to speak to my husband who placed the order." We would like a full refund as this is not what we ordered and has been a terrible experience. I have attached photographs of the flowers.

DEAD FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS DAY
My son lives in Toronto and I his mother live in Cambridge Ontario. my son had to work on mothers day so he decided to send me flowers a day earlier (which was Saturday may 13 ) he called me on sunday next day which was mothers day to say happy mothers day did you like the flowers..i said what flowers ..he said he orderd them to be delivered on Saturday..told him I was home all day and no deliveries or calls came..he called and got the run around sorry someone called in and canceled order we will rush order them..next day no flowers..needless to say finally on Thursday may 18 in the hot afternoon they were delivered only to my disgust when I opened the box to find DEAD FLOWERS with a tag attached with my delivery information from Saturday may 13..i called my son to let him know about this awful delivery..i hope he gets a FULL REFUND and then some cause you only have one mother and one mothers day a year..MARY K L

No accountability, poor customer service

I am in complete and utter disbelief at the horrendous customer service this company puts forward. It's disgusting to even think that they call solving a problem with a 15% discount acceptable.
I ordered a gift basket from them for Father's Day. In the description on the website, it stated that the gift basket would come with an assortment of chocolates, nuts, cookies, cheese, crackers etc.
Due to some health concerns my dad has, I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED if they could keep the number of cookies and chocolates in the basket to a minimum. Low and behold, the day the gift basket arrives, it's all cookies, chocolates and candy. No cheese, no nuts, no crackers. Nothing salty which I had requested. They didn't reach out to me or call me to let me know that my request couldn't be fulfilled. I reached out to 3 different customer service representatives and all of them shoved discounts at me, as if that was going to solve the problem. All of them said it was my fault for not reading the 'fine print' on the website that stated 'Gift basket may not differ from what is pictured'. I don't understand why they have the option for 'customer instruction' if they're not even going to listen to customer instruction? At the very least, include a VARIETY of goodies like their false advertisement states.
I'm not an idiot, but that's exactly what customer service makes you feel like. They all stopped responding to my messages when I asked if there was someone else or a phone number of a manager I could speak to. I even asked for a refund and they didn't respond to me.
Having worked in customer service for years and year, this is absolutely unacceptable. There is no accountability at all, just the customer is to blame for everything that this company does wrong.
