Dodge Company, terrible service

I have order flowers online for my sister's birthday and requested to contact her prior to delivering as it was to the office. They did not contact her and attempted to delivery it, so my sister did not get her flowers and the company does not do refunds and asking me to make a new order and pay another $70 for the flowers to be delivered. When I try to explain the situation they do not want to listen. It'd better not to rely on such a dodge company for special occasions!
