Terrible experience

This is the email I sent (It explains my experience). Bloomex did not reply.

I ordered flowers from your company this morning and got a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered today. The were for my niece's graduation. You had confirmed they would be there today between 12 noon and 5 pm. At 4:30 pm I asked my sister if they had arrived and they had not. I called your 1-888 number and the person on the phone would not help me. He said I could not talk to a supervisor and they would not have the flowers there until tomorrow. If I had known your company would not be delivering them today on her graduation day I would have reached another company. The guy on the phone said he would put in a request for a refund when I asked for one. A REQUEST!!!!! Are you kidding? You have disappointed me on so many levels. Your customer service is the worst I have EVER had. You have ruined what was supposed to be a special gift on a very special day with absolutely No regard. A refund will hardly even fix what you have done...that does not give her a special gift on her special day. I can hardly believe your email address is "wecare"@bloomex.ca Clearly you did not care at all.

Damaged Flowers & TErrible Customer Service

I received these flowers today. They were all bent, every flower is pointed directly at the floor! It came with a vase and it looks like whomever boxed them up, placed the vase in first and then realized that there was not enough space at the top for the flowers...so they just bent them over instead! This was totally unnecessary as all they needed to do was place the stems INSIDE the vase, thus allowing more space at the top of the box.
When I tried to contact your online chat, I ended up getting "Liliane".....she was totally useless! No apology, explanation, suggestions.....only "send photos to [email protected]". I asked her where the flowers were boxed up for delivery to my address.....but she avoided answering me twice and then abruptly LEFT the chat! I waited for 15 minutes for her to contact me again, but not so. Then I tried the chat option again and as luck would have it, I got "Liliane" again!!! When I asked her why we were disconnected from our previous chat, AGAIN she left our conversation!!!
