CHANGED DELIVERY DATE WITHOUT MY CONSENT
I ordered flowers, chocolates, and a card for my daughter and her husband as they have been trying to have a baby for a while now, and just found out that she is pregnant.
The order was made yesterday, it was confirmed by phone and by email.
Today I get two conflicting emails, one saying they can't deliver until Wednesday without even asking if Wednesday was a good day for me, then I got one after that saying delivery was today.
I tried to chat with someone on their chat window, and as usual, they were of no help to me. I called and was told I have to talk to chat because they cannot help with orders. By now I was extremely upset and was told to go to chat and Frank the Manager would talk to me.
I have attached the conversation with him, as he closed the chat window on me when I asked to speak with a Senior Manager or Owner because he was being of no help at all. and I questioned him. being the Manager, should he not be able to do something, in return he said he was "one of the Managers"
This is not acceptable, not professional at all, and customers are being taken advantage of!
Frank, this Manager has still not responded to me.

After writing this review, I have since called them because they Manager refuses to answer me on their chat window and refuses to let me speak to anyone else. I was hung up on by one operator, and when asked for the Head Office phone number, they would not give it.
