UPDATE: I finally had the previous order canceled after spending 4 hours of my time trying to speak with someone on chat and eventually getting a reply by email. I made a new order it was confirmed, and then I get this email this morning.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS, THEY DECIDE WHEN TO RESCHEDULE AN ORDER FOR YOU!

These flowers were being sent to congratulate my daughter and husband on finding out that she is pregnant. By the time this Company delivers this, she would have had the baby.....UNBELIEVABLE~!!
