Weedman Scarborough

I was hounded by Weedman to accept their business. I had been a previous unsatisfied customer a number of years ago. They guaranteed their product and service had greatly improved. I expressed that I was taking a great chance on them and would have no difficulty cancelling at any time. After a few applications and no desired effects what so ever, I did just that. Then the calls to pay for a very poor job. Not only that; but both of my gates are locked and twice I find them in my backyard without me letting them in! Then they tell me I owe more because they have put my fall fertilizer on. I am calling on the 12th of September 2013 and tell them no one has been here. I am now told they put the fall fertilizer on, on the 1st of August. I told them I will pay the amount due in July when I asked the account to be cancelled. I was told I have to pay the full amount of my contract period. This went back and forth until said I would not pay at all and he said I would still be charged the full amount. Poor results, poor customer service. never ever again! My lawn is a mess.
