total scam!!
This place is worst on earth, I will never go there again and will never recommend to anyone! Money hungry people are working there and they absolutely don't care of what they are doing and of their customers. Their doctor De Silva doesn't even speak English but pretends that she does - it is s stupid and unprofessional! Beware and avoid this place!

Western Dental runs Credit before service even if you have insurance
I requested xrays & pre-estimate for my bank to finance work only.I have freeze due to ID Theft. I did not give my SSA on forms, so they took my drivers license and insurance card and ran a collection inquiry before service and applied for credit and approved w/o my consent. When I offered payment for patients portion they refused. When I called for balance they said zero. When I called again they stated 68.00 unbilled and that they would be reporting me for paying late??? I don't think full mouth xrays cost the 300.00 billed in which insurance company only paid 82.00
