scam over the phone

In all my years that I used to buy coins I never came across such frauds. They took extra from my credit card for using the cc in the first place. And since I made an order by phone, they charged more! Their website does not work correctly, but itš just convenient for them to rip off their clients. Don’t trust them and stay away!
