the worst company ever!
I purchased new wheels from this company. It seemed to be reliable and had valuable offers but after I paid I haven't received purchased goods. I contacted them and they said that the wheels I purchased were our of stock and I had to wait about 3 weeks. I tried to cancel my order but they refused me in this saying that it is not according to their refund policy. This is the worst experience I ever received. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Deigo contacted after recieving defective wheels he stated I was an idiot n got what I paid for thru Amazon I went to local tire shop in business for 29years thru stated wheels were wrong offset wouldn't even fit the car had tires dismounted n sent back bought in November keep in mind , now feb 20 lies excuses won't answer phone numerous attempts to correct or get refund Diego states owner has no name he's in charge n will not honor his word nor there company to correct or make right contacted Amazon n disputing charge on visa unreal also company falsely advertises under sportrak a company that is a front for scandal and embezzlement from us tax paying citizens a disgrace !

Diego knows nothing BUYER BEWARE, buy from a reptuable place. We did the mistake of buying rims through this company through Diego who said that specific rims would fit our car, giving in detail all sizes etc. We live in Canada and we had to cross border to pick these rims up so I was very specific with Diego he assured me that the rims I wanted would fit. Low and behold get the rims pay to get them installed only to find out they don't fit.. Diego's answer "Oh yeah not right fit for your car .. " WHAT !?! What kind of professional is that ??? On top of that states that I have to send it back to them on my dime .. CRAZY!! Seriously lacks in customer service BIG TIME.. MY SUGGESTION RUN!!!

As mentioned by everyone before mr Diego ortiz/Ortega
Is not someone who understands or listens to anything. Wheels came with defective tires, he wanted me to pay to have new ones sent out when I said I'm not sending them a dime, he tells me it's simple take the tires off the car and send them to cali where the shop is and he will send the new tires and if the old ones are defective then he will refund the price. I once again tell him no he refuses to actually listen to me and the fact that i can't remove the wheels or tires from the wheels unless I have the new tires to put on. Long story short they installed defective tires and tried to overcompensate with excessivewheel weights that came loose during the shipping process and now I can't go past 40mph because the wheels and tires in the front wobble like crazy. And they won't fix it unless I pay to have them send new tires. Never again. And neither should you I don't care how good the price looks on their website it's not worth it they will cost you more money in the long run.
