Wrong product
I am totally unhappy with what I have purchased. The product is different from the one that I ordered. After contacting the seller, he told me that they did not have what I have ordered, so they sent me a slightly different product. That is not acceptable! They even did not notify me about it!

VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am still reeling in shock from dealing with this vendor!
I ordered a whelping box from this company.
When I took it out of the box I was shocked at the quality. A few cheap pieces of rough plywood with poorly drilled holes ( some chipped where splinters could be caught)
I went off the recommendation of the owner as to the size. Thinking that 4 feet by four feet would account for the bumper rails too. NO! So it's actually even smaller just over 3.5 feet inside.
Way too small! So I text the owner and asked to return it and order the larger size. He refused saying that shipping was too expensive and the chance of parvo virus? I had only just taken it out of the box at this point!
He said I could order another larger sized extension for an extra charge.
I thought this very unfair as I had gone off his recommendation and was unaware of any no return policy.
I asked that he send me the two sides free of charge of whatever he had in stock as I had been misled.
The is when it started.. He went off into a tizzy fit!
I had expressed my disappointment at the inferior product and the policy. I said I would post an in satisfied review to warn other people.
His response exactly was..
"Go F... yourself lady. I'm not going to let some dumbass mooch tell me how badly I do something.
You and the other freaks can write reviews all you want.. Nobody cares."
Well I surely care when I'm spending my own hard earned money buying a whelping box for my precious girl and her new puppies to be. I hope any of you reading this care enough not to buy this homemade junk from an owner with serious anger issues.
