No refund

The repairman that came to my home to fix the ac unit took $300.00 for his work. After he was not successful to fix it, I was promised to get back at least $200.00. As weeks passed by, I did not receive the money back. I called the office, and they stated that it’s going to take longer than they thought to refund me the money.
