Product is junk, they don't honor warranty and the customer service sucks!
l have just bought a 40 gal. hot water heater and like my old one the hot water stinks awful.l took the electrolis rod out of my old heater and it rusted out in two years.but the water didn't stink.the cold water does not stink, just the hot!! My heater is a whirlpool electric.What can l do to get rid of this awful hot water smell?l have hard water from my own well.So l have water softener.What can be done to get better hot water without removing the electrolis rod?Please help
