they don't care of their animals!

These people have to be in a jail for the way how they treat their animals!!
Many dogs have no proper place where to sleep and don't received adequate treatment! They don't feed their animals properly and that's why many of them are sick. This is really awful, nobody can protect this poor animals! People, beware and help if you can! This dirty business should be shut down!
