broke after 3 months, rude customer service

Even though their gate openers supposed to hold up to 1300 pounds they didn't last for three months holding our 500 pound gate. Calling them resulted in rude way of saying we cannot do anything and a few emails later they just start to claim we didn't buy anything from them so we should stop writing. Beware of this unbelievable scam!!
