did not receive product
I bought a coupon for Widget Love memory foam insoles August 25 and it's now October 17. I attempted to send an e-mail and was blocked with Antispam protection failed. How in the world can I find out if I'm going to receive the product or not, unless this company is a fraud.

Non delivery, bogus tracking number
Back in September, I bought a coupon through Living Social for some memory foam insoles from Widget Love. I am still waiting. I contacted them through their site last week, and received an almost immediate reply stating that the issue had been resolved, and that they were sending my product via Canada Post - expediated delivery, with a tracking number. Another week went by with still no delivery, so I checked the tracking number and Canada Post had no record of it. I contacted Widget Love again, and received an almost identical e-mail as the first one, except this time, they told me to track through USPS. Surprise, surprise, USPS also has no record of this number. The telephone number listed on the site goes to a computer voice telling you to contact them via the web site, so we are going round in circles. Having since done some research, I gather this is a scam perpetrated by Living Social and Widget Love. I had bought deals through Living Social in the past with no problems, so am surprised that they would risk their reputation by associating with companies as blatantly dishonest as Widget Love. I have filed a dispute via PayPal, so will see what happens.

Crappy Items
I purchased 2 set of 2 i-sensor touchless hand dispensors through dealfind for $88 they said a great deal. These items have only 30 day warranty.....clearly i did not read the small print. item started having problems after 1st month. customer service said well out of warranty........sometimes batches are defective. Next he proceeds to tell me that if I had purchased them at full price maybe he could do something. Lesson learned that companies like this are unloading Garbage for the consumer and hoping it will last at least the 30 days. after that you are out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM WIDGET LOVE.........Garbage items. They do not stand behind it. that is clear. companies like these give honest companies a bad name.

notebook
ght a notebook with a 1 year warrenty. Came in a box "made in China". No information regarding warrenty- who to send it to- where to go. It stopped working shortly thereafter and I tried to find out where I could get the warrenty on this product. NO NO response. Not once was this question answered. After months and months of emails, promises to give me my refund- a big wopping $129.00 .am 68 trying to get with the program. Do I think it is worht it? Not sure .Now I have to ship back at my expense and they will deem if it is not working due to my fault. Before on phone calls I was told that this product was no longer made because it was not good. I will not trust them to decide if this product does not work because of something I did and pay shipping. Why would I trust them. Widget Love is mickey mouse, poorly managed company and you would be a fool to deal with them. Buy from anyone else.
