publishing false and misleading information
Wikifrauds.net is a bogus site. They publish false, defamatory and misleading information. They have been taken to court at least twice that I know of by the people that they publicly defame. The latest is reported below. DO NOT believe anything that John Richard Carter from Wikifrauds has to say, he's a raving lunatic.
An Australian Federal Court judge has threatened to throw the owner of an Australian website, wikifrauds.net.au, in jail unless he removes from the site a raft of allegations against an international mining company.
wikifrauds.net.au is owned by New South Wales-registered firm Full Exposure Pty Ltd which in turn is owned by John Richard Carter.
In Adelaide last month Mr Carter told Federal Court Justice Anthony Besanko that “the sole purpose of wikifrauds is to serve the community both in Australia and around the world by providing information about Australian and international frauds and scams”.
Before Justice Besanko, Adelaide-based and Frankfurt-listed mining company Astra Resources claimed wikifrauds.net.au had made several representations that were or could be misleading or deceptive.
The alleged representations included allegations of fraud, that Astra shares were worthless and not tradeable, and that the company was associated with a scam.
Astra was founded in 2009 and has interests in iron ore, gold and coal production in Nigeria, India, the Philippines and Cambodia.
In a written judgment delivered yesterday, Justice Besanko concluded that statements on Wikifrauds’ website were capable of constituting the representations pleaded by Astra, or at least the bulk of them.
Justice Besanko declined to determine – at this stage – if the representations were true or false.
He did however conclude the representations were capable of causing substantial damage to Astra and its subsidiary companies.
“Astra Resources has established a prima facie case or serious question to be tried and the balance of convenience appears to favour it,” Justice Besanko noted.
He ordered Wikifrauds to remove all reference to Astra from its website.
“[Wikifrauds Pty Ltd] will be liable to imprisonment, sequestration of property or punishment for contempt if it neglects or refuses to do the acts or things specified in this order or disobeys this order,” Justice Besanko warned.
A oneperth.com.au check of Wikifrauds’ site today showed the page about Astra had been removed.
However, a cached version of the page, including photographs of Astra senior management, was still publicly available.

Wikifrauds and John Richard Carter
The posting by Jane Austin (ha ha! - no Pride and all Prejudice) is garbage. I happen to know that John Carter and Wikifrauds have saved countless potential victims by exposing the fraudsters on his website. In my case our company was about to send some hundreds of thousands of dollars to a fraud company but we discovered Wikifrauds first and did not go ahead. The fraudster has totally now been exposed and a victim class action is under way thanks to Wikifrauds.
Seems to me Ms Austin that you are just a lacky of the resource company you mentioned and have set out to discredit someone with the guts to do what he does, and at his own expense and in his own time I might add.

Whoever the upset idiots are, Wikifrauds and Carter have saved literally millions for potential investors or borrowers.
First, the matter concerning the mining company: This was Astra Resources, whose directors were barred by ASIC after Wikifrauds/Carter supplied ASIC with all the evidence. As for the webpage being withdrawn, the case was withdrawn by Astra when further particulars were supplied to their legal team. As part of the withdrawal (presided over by Judge Besanko), Astra settled the matter themselves and paid Wikifrauds legal fees, supposedly over $130,000.
Second, Western Gulf Advisory; This multi million dollar scam was first exposed by Wikifrauds. After many years, the conman behind the scheme, Ashan Ali Syed, is banned from leaving Bahrain, is wanted by Interpol, and huge sums of money (millions) in the WGA bank accounts have been frozen.

John Richard Carter or what ever he calls himself, is the worst reporter of any truth or facts that I have ever witnessed. John Carter's stories are so twittered and manipulated to make an helping victim out to actually be The Criminal and His made up story will change to be more dramatic and fabricated depending on what side is going to offer him the most money for his totally unethical, immoral EXTORTION and DEFAMATION.
The South Australia Federal Court Judge is right when he stated: "DO NOT believe anything that John Richard Carter from Wikifrauds has to say, he's a raving lunatic." An Australian Federal Court judge should have done what he threatened to : "... throw the owner of an Australian website (John Carter), wikifrauds.net.au, in jail unless he removes.. his defamation and extortion...
Its time for people to STOP PAYING his extortion demands and stand up for your rights. The Courts will see the real evidence, not John Carters Fairy Tails that are destroying people reputation, incomes, families and lives.
STOP this mans cowardly EXTORTION.

This man and his wikifraud.net website are MISLEADING the WORLD with their FALSE CLAIMS and reckless statements. John Richard Carter was instructed in Court he would be put in jail unless he removes from the site a raft of allegations... John Carter and his wikifraud.net website is a TOTAL Disgrace to the online information facilities. John Carter fraudulently promotes as I QUOTE: "wikifrauds.net.au is owned by New South Wales-registered firm Full Exposure Pty Ltd which in turn is owned by John Richard Carter." This is TOTALLY FALSE and MISLEADING - JUST NOT TRUE.
John Richard Carter is a CONMAN of the highest order, as he is even trying to sell ("FOR SALE") his business when he does not even own the wikifraud.net.au website he says he owns. This is just another fairy tail he is promoting.
John Richard Carter is faceless, he will not let the world know who he is for fear of his life and exposure, as he has made his living our of destroying peoples lives, families, businesses and happiness through his IMMORAL EXTORTION programs.
We do not even know if this is his real name, as he is known to use at least 3 other fake names as his aliases, even women's names.
