purchased service not available

I purchased a voucher (#1992-0743) for $129 at this spa for 2 facials and 2 massages. I called a couple of weeks ago to book these for my daughter and I. After leaving multiple messages back and forth I finally got to speak to someone who informed me that they do not have a masseuse or licensed facial technitian any longer. They said they were working on getting another staff member licensed to do facials. Since my daughter is flying 2,400 miles to visit me next week that won't work and would have only provided half of the service anyway.

They suggested I get a couple of body wraps instead. Realizing they were probably struggling I finally agreed. I had 2 appts scheduled for this week. I got a call from the spa on Sat. informing me that they don't have the minerals to do the wraps.

I have tried to submit a customer service e-email request for a refund of the $129 I spent. I have had no response. There is no phone number available at Dealfind that will allow me to speak with someone.
