Defective product, no refund
Be aware of this company, as they are a fraud! I have ordered a CRUZ tablet from them, and when I received it, it did not have a packing slip, and the tablet did not work right because of some defect. There was no way to contact woot.com, because they did not state their contact info on the website.

Do not buy from Woot.com! They do not have the items they "sell". They only take the money and do not ship out anything. Just a scam! Beware!
