overcharge for the services I never used!
WorthPoint is just another credit card fraud! This company charged me for one year of their service when I never used it! I just tried a trial and didn't like it, so cancelled their services. Now I am trying to contact them for a refund, but they continue to ignore me.

fraudulent billing
I signed up for Worthpoint's free trial. I cancelled it after one week. I tried to go on the website later that day, and again a few days later, all to make sure my account was cancelled. I could not sign on and was satisfied my account was closed.
Approximately one year later, I noticed a charge on my credit card bill from Worthpoint. I realized they had been charging my credit card for a year. I have called the numbers on my credit card statements but can't even leave a message since I have no record of my "account number". Their website offers no solutions or contact numbers that work. I'll probably cancel my credit card to be rid of these scammers. They are fraudulent jerks, don't use them!!

Worthpoint Scam
I thought I was getting a 7 day trial and noticed that they had charged my credit card after a couple of days. I asked for a refund but the told me I should have read the agreement policy. What a scam! I never used their website! So I will contact the office of the attorney general of the USA.

Total Scam
Stay away from Worthpoint! They get you to sign up by offering a free trial and then, before the trial period is over, they charge your credit card and won't give your money back! I tried to call their customer service to dispute the charges and I got some woman who works out of her house, she was in her kitchen cooking! Obviously she was being paid to repeat the same thing to anyone who called, "We will not refund any money" I wish someone could shut this place down!
By the way, their so called database of prices is 99% ebay sold items which you can look up yourself for free!
