Wrist-Band unprofessional service

I placed an order for a wrist band with them. After I paid for my order it showed that I uploaded no images for a customized wrist band. I decided to cancel the order since the company had been misleading and messed up with the order. I’ve cancelled within 10 minutes after I placed it, but they said I had to pay 10$ cancellation fee. They ignored my emails and shipped the order, claiming they got no cancellation.
