25% bad wristbands
I bought 200 wristbands from them - buy 100 get 100 for free deal. 25% of them came bad, covered with black ink spots. I am struggling to get any kind of answer from this company! Beware!

quarter of the product was spoiled
I ordered 200 wristbands from them as a deal buy a hundred get another hundred for free and quarter of the wristbands were spoiled. Never got any refund or replacement. Beware!

wristbands.com are rude and uncooperative
I ordered 200 wristbands for my non-profit organization. The color on the screen when I ordered was normal green, what I got was lime green. Also, when they arrived from CHINA they were wrapped in cardboard and duct tape. The wristbands themselves were of poor quality. When I contacted the company for information to return the product, I was told there are no refunds or exchanges. Furthermore, it was MY fault that I didn't specify I wanted dark green. I understand color my vary between batches but there is a huge difference between regular green and lime green. The customer service rep was rude, immature and used threatening language when dealing with my issue. When I told them that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they said they didn't care and were putting me on a Do Not Sell list for complaining. This company has deceptive practices, they do not care about their customers and have no values or ethics when it comes to their product. Do not order from them.
