Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that the response from the people is very poor when i ask about the status of my Visa file. Not sure what is happening. Till now I have invested a lot of dhs but not felling like its worth doing it. There is no proper information passed out, no proper service provided. People where very active till we pay the intitial payment to achieve their monthly target. But then poor response, service after that, which will make US (exsisting client) feel bad and results in no trust. I had requestd them to cancel my registration process and return my money, even half of what I have alreayd given is ok. Please advise how can this be dealt with
