I ordered a custom made bobblehead from BOBBLEHEADSME.COM

They took my money, never provided a receipt of payment or an order reference number. They never returned any emails or messages I sent. They have no phone number I can call them on.

If you go their facebook page, Yizhuo Bobbleheads, people have posted streams of identical complaints.

They are a fake company

Terrible Customer Service

I order a bobblehead from this company aka Yizhuo Arts/Bobbleheads Me. They are impossible to deal with. They agreed twice in writing to refund me $30 for an expedited delivery which they never completed. I still have not gotten my refund. I will write a new complaint daily until I receive my refund!

Terrible Chinese Company

This company is from China. They don't have a telephone number nor an address published on their website. I ordered with them because they had very affordable pricing, but, I regret this buy now. There is no proper communication and they don't get the simplest instructions done. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I really regret ordering with them. Now I lost my money, time and still don't have a bobblehead.

SCAM website. Chinese operated SCAM. Be aware, you will not get what you paid for.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPEL. After multiple redos, where there was a minimal difference after suggestions and many additional photos, they finally came up with something that marginally looked like the people they were to create. This was a 50th anniversary gift and we missed with date of the party. I asked them to remove the expedited shipping, which would have gotten the item on time, I received this item after the date of the party and no refund for the extra time. I would never deal with these people again. BE AWARE! Go on Etsy and you will find people in the USA who do these.
