credit dellmont.com charge me 115.81 Euro three times from my master card however I did not buy this amount, mostly I buy 12.31 euro for calling. I fill the form in the dellmont page to check the case and I also contacted my bank. I hope they will try to figure it out so I will get my money back.

hi.
I was in the hospital for about 2 months and didn't need my visa checking card during that time but when i came out, I notice my account was short of $200 and some change. They started by taking $33.84 and ended with $66.83. after investigations, i learned that money was deduct by a "DELLMONT.COM/ASK LUXEMBOURG LU". you can imagine how shocked i was because like many of you i don't even know who that is. after reading some of your comments, i notice that you are talking about a voip service or such. the only thing i used before my time away was rebtel and i have used it for many months but never had that problem before. it kinda works like a prepaid service so the money you put in is the money you use. my only questions now is who are these DELLMONT people and how can we gwt our money back? because i do need my money back.

Dear Sir,
I've received a sms notification specifying that my credit card has been used for EUR 10.70 on 13 March 2012 at www.dellmont.com/ASK, which I didn't use for this date. The last use was on 11th Feb 2012.
Kindly solve this issue.

Company "Dellmont" charges my credit card VISA/MasterCard on 26.04.2012 with amount - EUR 29.56 without my permission. The same transaction they make on 27.04.2012, on 28.04.2012, on 29.04.2012, on 30.04.2012, on 1.05.2012, on 2.05.2012, on 3.05.2012. with same amount - EUR 29.56 without my permission. At the same moment I receive SMS from their company VoipDiscount that my amount is empty. Today I receive monthly statement from my bank that I owe this money.
Total amount is 236.48!!!
By this reason and because of their illegal acts I want to cancel trade relations with them! I will undertake respectively actions in Court to protect my credit card and my money.

i m using Action voip last 3year i had problem with payment
i set my account when low balance its recharge its self 10euro but if check my account i pad through my card more than 200 eur
do will u please give me my money back
one more things it was error with my account as well

Yo soy Shadrack Joseph vivo en Madrid empeze usar Action Voip hace 10 meses, cada vez que puse 10 euros me cobrais 12.31 pero la ultima vez el mes pasado compre 10 euros y me cobrais 115.81 en mi Master Card el dia 24/08/2012 comercio www.dellmont.com/ask Localidad:Luxembourg eso es muy injusto mi numero de master card es: 5489 0182 4963 5104. Par deux fois il m'a été retire 115,81 soit le 10/02/2013 et le 11/02/2013. Hors je n'ai jamais reçu ce montant sur mon compte voip. En effet je ne charge jamais plus de 10, 20 ou 30€ maximum. J'aimerais être remboursée au plus vite sinon je porte plainte à la police car il me semble qu'il s'agit d'une fraude organisée. La carte portait le numéro 5440362072167761
J'espère que je me trompe mais cela est inconcevable.

Amount Deducted from Credit Card but the balance is not credited to my account
Yesterday, I tried to recharge my account (rajvpm10) thru my Master Card ending 2671 for EUR 25 and the DELLMONT Charged EUR 25.70 and I got the confirmation from SAMBA BANK but until now the balance is not credited to my account.

Company "Dellmont" charges my credit card VISA/MasterCard on 05.02.2014 with amount - USD 14.47 without my permission. Yet the amount did the credited into my VOiP account. How can I claim this amount????

Credit dellmont.com charge me £2000 from my master card of which i didn't make any transaction with my card. It is not acceptable of your company to use my credit card to purchase things. I hope you sort this out and refund my money.

DellMont charges me for calls when I have FREE calls. I cannot get hold of anybody. when I send enquiry with all details they say they cannot find my ticket. Extremely frustrating, extremely bad service. How can a company operate like that in the centre of Europe? What are laws governing this kind of service? If we were in Africa, one would, maybe, understand, but in centre of developed world to provide such a bad service? Shame on Europe.
