Not The Dress I Ordered
False advertisement! You order the dress shown in a picture and you end up with a dress that is totally different and was not the type of quality expected. The dress color is off , and in the mid-section the picture on the website shows teal and purple, dress arrived as teal, purple and green. The green is located in the mid-section which does not match the color scheme of the dress. The tulle has an ugly green tint and should have a teal and purple tint. Also the embroidery on the bodice and the sequins, do not match the design shown on the picture of the website. The side seams are also off by quite a bit. Attached are pictures showing the differences. The website is Pretty Quinceanera - The US phone number is 678-666-0177 - Out of Country phone on UPS shipping Label label: 0512-7532894. wrong color dress
I order a beautiful quinceanera dress for my daughter, the dress of her dreams. We got a horrible, cheap looking dress nothing like the picture, the colors were completely wrong and we did not like it at all. I emailed them letting them know about the problem and they told me to take pictures with her wearing the dress and send the to them which i did then they reply and said: the dress fits well please keep it for "FUTURE USE" and when you order your 'NEXT DRESS" (like I would buy from this thieves again) you'll get a good discount and then they ask is this fair? I reply to them, no not fair at all, this dress won't work at all because the colors do not match at all i already have all the decoration and this dress do not match so can you PLEASE fix it with the right colors and it'll be great. I did not hear from them after that. The next day i emailed them seven times and they ignore me completely and not a word from them. So I went on their website and got a phone number and i call them i told what happened and that i didn't hear from them and she said you will get an reply from us so i said no reply please tell me how can we fix this i am desperate and really frustrated from your lack of respect to your customers she keep telling me you are getting a reply from us you just have to wait and goodbye and she hang up on me, so i call them back with a private number and i told her why did you hang up on me you are so rude and we end up on the phone for about 20 minutes and she did not say a word. this situation is been by far the worst experience ever. please if you are thinking on getting a dress for your quinceanera or other event learn from my experience and save yourself from this kind business and people and a really sad and frustrating situation. This is not worth it the dresses are just cheap material and labor is horrible. The website itself has comments about how horrible the business is. check them out for yourself if you like. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO YOURSELF OR YOUR DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sad to say I wish I had seen all the compliants about this company before we ordered. This was a complete waste of money and the fabric is awful!!! The color is not what we request and we paid for a custom fit which was not done either. According to the return policy, you can only send the dress back if it still has the orginal tags on it, which we completly understand and would gladly comply with BUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PUT TAGS ON THE DRESS!!!!! This was order for my daughter's senior prom, I hate for her to end her yr this way and would like to know if there is anything we can do. I do want the money back and will be contacting my credit card company. If I do get the money back I will glady update for the rest of the people doing business this individual. As for trying to contact the PERSON, NOT A COMPANY, I have had no luck, even though my business has local people set up at their location. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!
Also the number listed for IDREAMPROM. COM goes to a local company here in the USA. It is clearly a fake company and they have listed the website with another person's contact information. The company that is here in the states has contacted the BBB and I will contact the international trade union of the USA to file a formal compnay and try to get his ban for service here!!!!

cheap awful dress with ugly beeds
I just received the shippment for the dresess, order # 20140218233830952556
I am not happy with these dresess they stink smell aufful, They are defected and not match the size should be they are trash and I like to ship them back on there expense and got my money back,.Unfortuanatly I have another order ( 20140222160106136240 )

Worse place ever to order a dress; I have rec'd the custom order dress for my daughter's senior prom to which has tears, missing sequins, UGLY not at all what the pic looks like. Email pics to customer service all they had to say was the dress looks beautiful, we'd love to offer you discount please keep the dress - have emailed them 5 times to send back with FULL REFUND with nothing except looks beautiful.
