dear sir, my name is kaleem ullah from sialkot and i want to complaint about my neighbour they are running a factory on house gas meter, they are running 16 kv peter engine on house gas meter i just want to know is this is legal o illegal and there meter also leak from 20 days i told to meter reader he said i wrote everything here and i`ll complain in my office about this but still no result . Gas pressure in not available
Respected Sir,
I live in Garden Town House No 1513, Bhatti Street, Koraai Chowk, Garden Town Shershah Road Multan. After a few day the sui gas pressure was low. we cant make anything i.e food, milk , tea etc and smell of leakage was surrounding in my street. it is requested to please visit the site and check the pressure and resolved my complaint immediately.

MY GAS CONSUMER NO.45883120003 MY METER IS O.K. NO LEAKAGE IS FOUND. MY LAST MONTH BILL WAS Rs.510/- AND THIS MONTH BILL IS Rs.1,940/- I DO NOT HAVE ANY GEYSER OR ROOM HEATERS AND MY AREA FROM 6-MONTHS GAS PRESSURE IS VERY LOW ALONGWITH GAS LOADSHADING IS ALSO BIG FACTOR. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES MY BILL AMOUNT IS BIG QUESTION? I ALREADY MEET UR LOCAL OFFICIALS BUT NO BODY IS SINCERE IN THEIR JOB.

our Gas Regulator have been Run 10 home Meter . It need to change highly recommended , it is old and leaking many days ,its near main door this make any time Dangerous.
I have complaint many time 1199 but my problem not solved . the people of related G/6 office come and see and have gone
they are saying we not old Regulator , 1/9 office pepole not giveing this regulator us . sir want to asked you and your officers ,

It is submitted that I was already complaint to your office on your helpline 1199 that our meter is leaking but your staff is denying. your office is responsible if any miss-hap ac-corr.

over billing
continuously receiving over billing since feb 2020 which is not matching with meter reading my meter id is 02320230002. my tenant is a university student all universities are closed due Corona pandemic, In this area every year we face gas shortage from Nov to March,during these five month every body use gas cylinder. during this period i received over billing I complain, and went to SNGPL office they send their technical team. they came on site inspected and reported back that there is no gas { inspection date was march 15 }Because of that inspection report my two bill were write off { Dec & Jan} very next month I again received feb bill which was also over billed. At this stage my tenant Abdullah Abbasi himself went to the SNGPL office and met Haroon Abbasi complaint section and explained all this situation. complain section assured him that will look into and will solve this problem. instead solving in Jun I received Double Bill. ....................................Now i request to all concerned official who handle these issues please solve this issue.
