Still nothing from them
Another month and no word from them. They must make some great drum pads because no other business would stay open with this kind of customer service.

It’s now been 3 months after they said it would be delivered, and no word.

WEEK 30 AND COUNTING
I've been waiting 214 days. That's 30 weeks and 4 days of the initial "tentative" 8 weeks.
Ordered my pad on May. Was told initially that they were taking the 8 weeks to make it. I knew this so I agreed.
2 months into it I had no news, so i contacted them. I was told the wood they had received was of bad quality and had some QC issues and had to send it back and start from scratch. I was not amused, but hey those things can happen.
After two more months, still no news. I was told now that the 8 weeks were "tentative" and that they don't accept cancellations. No ETA was given.
2 Months ago the order, apparently, was done and was promised to be shipped in 2 weeks.
I contacted yet again, and they seemed surprised/worried that it was not shipped and asked ME TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN AFTER A HOLIDAY TO FOLLOW UP....cmon....you follow up god damnit.
So I did, I emailed them 2 weeks ago to no avail and today I had to email them again.
TERRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it customer service. The lady I have been talking to seems nice (Melissa) but it sounds like she really has no power about whats going on. I happen to know from very good sources that pads are taken out of the process line and given to "important drummers" and we end up waiting like morons.

well they suck bad
i ordered a snare pad on black Friday. And i was gonna get it for Christmas. today is Wed,April 24 2019 and i am hopefully going to get it today. it has took over six whole months and email after email and still nothing yet. DONT ORDER THEM threw the webbsite use ebay

Why are they still in business?!?!!!
My teenage son purchased a hybrid snare 20 months ago and it just finally hit him that he'll never receive it. So sad to keep him hoping all this time. That was hard earned money he lost. Don't understand how the owners sleep at night knowing they're stealing from kids, and yet it looks as if they're living their best life in photos posted on social media. Someone needs to take them down, their business practices are illegal. You can't charge a credit card and never deliver goods without giving the customer the option to take the refund rather than grow old waiting for a product that doesn't exist.
They don't even allow commenting on their social media pages...wake up, kids, this should tell you everything you need to know...RUN!

Buyer Beware
I ordered the Hybrid Snare Drum in May of 2019 and still have not received it. All communication has turned into automated emails. I feel like my money was stolen. Be careful who you order from.
